Who are the testers?
Vetted, ID-verified freelancers, mainly in Indonesia, rated on every task.
How fast do I get results?
Most tasks are accepted within minutes and finished within the hour.
Is my app safe?
Testers sign an NDA, never see your source code, and get test credentials that expire when the task ends. Screen videos are deleted after 90 days unless you keep them. Replay scripts stay as long as a test is in your regression suite.
What if a tester misses a bug?
If a confirmed bug slipped through a flow we tested, we refund the task as credit.
Can AI replay a test later?
Yes. Every task records the app screen, taps, swipes and typed test data as a replay script. You can add any test to your regression suite, and AI replays it on new builds. When something changes, a human tester checks it.
How do you know a person did the test?
Tasks run with screen and touch recording. We check for natural touch timing, block automation tools and auto-clickers, ask random in-task questions only someone watching the screen can answer, and turn off pasting in tester notes. Results that look automated go to a senior human reviewer, and testers can appeal.
Which tools does it connect to?
Confirmed bugs can be filed as issues in Linear, GitHub, GitLab or Jira, with the recording, steps and replay script attached. With SupportGenius, user reports it cannot answer can become human checks. GitHub Action, GitLab CI, TestFlight and Firebase App Distribution are coming soon.

How much can I earn?
About Rp98,000 per hour of task time. Your total depends on how many tasks you take and what's available.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, in rupiah, to your Indonesian bank account.
Can I work on other platforms?
Yes. There's no exclusivity and no minimum hours.
Can I invite other testers?
Yes. You get 10% of the task pay and bonuses of a tester you invite, for 12 months after they are approved. The launch boost is not included. Factory Zero pays it on top, so their pay never changes. It is one level only.
Is there a launch boost?
Yes. For a limited time, every task pays 25% extra.
Is there an app?
Yes. Humantesting is a web app you can install on your home screen, no app store needed. Turn on notifications so you never miss a task offer.
Do I pay tax?
Yes. You're an independent freelancer and handle your own income tax.
